Almost every family owned weaving looms when he was very young. And many hard-working women and men weaved fabric in textile factories daytime and at home nighttime.He could hear loud rhythmical weaving music every day and night. Most of hearing protection were produced by companies as 3M, Honeywell from U.S and Europe. There were only very less Chinese workshops who could produce ear plugs even if poor quality. To develop hearing protection in China, Mr. Joshua decided to study sound technology and find out how to produce good quality ear plugs since 2004.
Joshua visited many foam material and foaming machines manufacturers in China,Europe and U.S.A. No one could provide complete production line technology of foaming earplugs. Finally he bought a junior foaming lines to start ear plugs production and then constantly consult specialists to upgrade technology and renew production equipment. Today, our company can produce not only top quality foam ear plugs but also design and produce series of hearing protective products with high efficiency. Our ear plugs have been widely used for sleeping, music festival, motorcycle games, shooting, travel and swimming and bring people hearing healthy around the world.
During the hard exploring period, a PU foam professor questioned to Mr. Joshua:" Why do you insist on earplugs? You can choose any other products if you like, I can help you. " But Mr. Joshua say no thanks! He knew again it was very valuable undertaking because many governments including China had issued laws to protect workers hearing. And also there are almost 400 millions people still having problem with sleeping and earplugs can help them from insomnia.
